Court & Probation Approved Letters From Orange County Recovery
Orange County Recovery is an accredited drug rehab program that is court and probation approved to satisfy their guidelines for addiction counseling and also any related paperwork.
Often, the court requests letters from the facility that the client is attending for proof of enrollment as well as progress updates. The letter includes information such as:
- When the client entered the facility
- How regular the attendance has been
- How well the client is abiding by the current structure of the program
- Confirmation that the client has tested negatively on our drug & alcohol screenings
More than one letter may be necessary as the client may need to appear in court on more than one occasion. As long as the client is in the Alternative Sentencing Program, court letters are provided at no extra cost to the client.
Treatment in Lieu of Jail
Because a client has been offered a recovery program in lieu of jail time, the court wants to verify that they are meeting the requirements of the program. If the client does not meet the requirements of the program, they are at risk of having to fulfill their jail sentence requirement. Orange County Recovery helps in this process by providing accurate and current information to the court so the court is confident that it made the right decision in allowing the client to seek treatment.
The mission of Orange County Recovery is to help clients receive the help they need to really thrive in recovery. It’s not uncommon for someone who is here because of receiving a “nudge from the judge” to end up embracing the fulfilling recovery lifestyle once they see it in action and up close.
Our team of counselors and recovery technicians have earned a great reputation in the treatment and recovery communities for “walking the walk” and helping others to “do what they say” they are going to do (when it comes to maintaining abstinence or fulfilling obligations).
